Inspired by Spotify Wrapped, Impact Wrapped transforms raw donation data into personalized, animated impact stories, showing each supporter exactly how their contributions made a difference throughout the year.
The Challenge
Nonprofits pour effort into fundraising but often struggle to close the loop with donors. Generic thank-you emails fail to convey the real-world impact of individual gifts, leading to donor fatigue and lower retention.
The Approach
I built a fully personalized, interactive web experience that pulls each donor’s giving history from the Blackbaud CRM and translates it into meaningful, animated metrics: meals provided, families served, pounds of food rescued.
